Choose Sustainability With Your Fork
5:30 pm Dinner, $5 per person, children under 12 free
- Experience a “sustainable” locally produced meal.
- Menu TBD, dependant on food available in mid-April; Greens, Asparagus, Radish, Rhubarb, Halibut.
- View Michael Pollan interview detailing his new book Food Rules which addresses new thinking for our food choices.
- Mary Embleton, Executive Director of the Cascade Harvest Coalition will address local sustainable food choice.
Sunday April 25th, Alexandra Kovats, PhD, CSJP, will be our guest speaker. As her passion is rooted in our shared belief that the cosmos IS The Mind of God, her message will be in praise of all creation.
